Well sheesh it's been a long time since I've blogged... sorry for my tardiness. Things have been busy around here at the office, so that cuts my time to "play" haha. Let's see... things have been good around here. Winter has arrived I suppose, it's freezing outside and we're having snow/rain mix and will for the next couple of days. I dread the roads icing over but Nolan did volunteer to drive me to work if I need it. What a sweet boy he is, and he knows I'm scared to death.
We were home in Tx for a few days last month for Chelsea and Hoop's wedding and had a blast! I love coming for visits but it stinks when you're so busy you can't get everyone in! I hope some people aren't upset with me, but they must know it was a busy time. It was so good to get to see everyone though and especially some of those faces that I haven't seen in a year or 5 years. Getting to see people like our old friend JJ was such a treat and meeting his beautiful wife finally! Now that I know they live closer than my hometown people, I need to make trips to see them in Stillwater. Congrats to Chels and Hoop for looking awesome on their wedding day and for just getting married!! I still am so in love with Chelsea's dress that it's not even funny.

We are fast approaching the holiday season and I'm more excited than most years! I am so happy that I get to decorate my own tree and home!! We are starting work on the house this week and hopefully by next week sometime we'll be moving in. BUT we are leaving to come to Texas again next week on Tuesday night, so moving may be pushed back.....again. Back to Christmas decor though.. I have to think of a theme for our tree and then get some goodies to decorate with. Nolan wants to get a real tree, I've never had one of those so it should be fun. Unless I find out I'm allergic or something haha.

Thanksgiving-- we will leave here after I get off work Tuesday, November 24 and drive to Dallas. Then get up Wednesday morning as early as we can manage and drive the rest of the way to Corpus Christi. We'll be spending Thanksgiving with Nolan's family down there. Then on Friday, we'll drive to College Station to hang at his mom's place and hopefully get to see our friends down there. Saturday drive back to Dallas and hangout with his mom and sister and then Sunday finish the drive back to Missouri.

We will be coming to Granbury for Christmas but it'll be a really quick trip again. I don't have any time left to take off work to stay any longer unfortunately. So I'm sure we'll drive in Christmas Eve and then leave that Sunday to come back home. I'm just thankful it falls on a weekend. Ok I hope to see as many of my peeps as possible during that time! ok back to work for me. love yall
